Chase Smiley was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Smiley earned a BS in Environmental Soil and Water from the University of Arkansas. Following his graduation from college, he worked as a mortgage originator and processor for several years before moving to San Antonio to work for Wells Fargo and Rubiola Mortgage and Realty. Licensed as Realtor® in 2003, he has been a multi-million producer every year since then and recently was awarded the 2008 Silver Award from The Phyllis Browning Company.
Smiley is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® and holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation, and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS®) designation from the Luxury Home Council. In addition to his professional memberships, he is active in his community, serving as a children’s sponsor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is involved with the McNay Art Museum.
Chase is married to Amy Stieren and they have two sons, Gage and Sam. In Chase’s spare time he enjoys, bike riding, flying airplanes, golf and traveling.
